Written Submissions:

The purpose of this petition is to show the wide spread  concern for public safety and appeal to Scottish Parliament to take action with those accountable for this decision.

Absolute disgrace that this is happening. Local knowledge is priceless!! If a controller doesn't understand the local dialect lives could be a risk!

The loss of local knowledge and understanding of local dialects will cost time, if not lives. These call centres need to be as local as possible to help provide services for the communities involved.
