Stage 1 Scrutiny by the Infrastructure and Capital Investment Committee (lead committee)
A Bill to make provision about housing, including provision about the abolition of the right to buy, social housing, the law affecting private housing, the regulation of letting agents and the licensing of sites for mobile homes.
The Bill was introduced on 21 November 2013 by Nicola Sturgeon MSP, and was subsequently referred to this Committee as the lead committee for Stage 1 scrutiny by the Parliamentary Bureau on 4 December 2013.

Evidence
The Committee agreed its approach to the scrutiny of the Bill at Stage 1 at its meeting on 18 December 2013, and took oral evidence from witnesses throughout January, February and March 2014.
