Journal of the Scottish Parliament

The Journal is the authoritative record of Parliamentary proceedings in the Chamber.  It includes the minutes of proceedings, and notices of bills, statutory instruments, other documents and committee reports.

The Journal is collated and published for every Parliamentary Year. During the period before an edition of the Journal is published, the Minutes of Proceedings provide a record of business in the Chamber.
