    The Education and Skills Committee will take evidence on Scottish National Standardised Assessments as part of their inquiry into the issue. Witnesses include:

    • Professor Lindsay Paterson, Professor of Educational Policy, School of Social and Political Science, University of Edinburgh

    Cttee to scrutinise fisheries memorandum

    Today the Rural Economy and Connectivity Committee will consider the Fisheries Bill (UK Parliament legislation) legislative consent memorandum lodged by Fergus Ewing MSP, Cabinet Secretary for the Rural Economy.

    This UK Government Bill seeks to provide a range of powers to manage fisheries upon exit from the EU.
