Lobbying Register Guidance

The Lobbying (Scotland) Act 2016 requires the Parliament to publish guidance on the operation of the Act.

We were assisted in this process by the Lobbying Register Working Group. 

The first edition of the Parliamentary Guidance was published in January 2018. It is supplemented by Common Scenarios and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs). An introductory leaflet is also available to download.
