
Diversity and Inclusion Delivery Plan 2020-21
The D&I Delivery Plan 2020 - 21 (PDF, 1.0 Mb) sets out activities that will be undertaken by the Scottish Parliamentary Service from January 2020 - May 2021 to allow the Parliament to deliver the priorities set out in the Diversity and Inclusion Strategy . The Diversity & Inclusion Board will oversee the activities included in the delivery plan and monitor progress.
The eight objectives within this Delivery Plan are aligned to the outcomes as set out in the Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) Strategy 2017-21 (PDF, 721Kb):
- A diverse workforce that reflects a modern Scottish society.
- An inclusive working environment where all staff are valued and respected.
- Deliver services that are accessible and meet the needs and expectations of the diverse groups who connect with the Parliament.
