Why Diversity Declarations are important

In our Diversity and Inclusion Strategy 2017 -21 we said that our aims are for a diverse workforce and an inclusive working environment.

One step to achieving these aims is knowing the diversity make up of our staff. You can help by completing the form in the E-HR system telling us about your protected characteristics such as sexual orientation or disability.

Having this information then allows us to analyse whether our policies are fair and working. It also allows us to plan future work. You can update your information at any time throughout the year.

For this year’s reports, it would be particularly helpful if you could complete the information no later than Wednesday 31 March 2021.
