The Scottish Parliament publishes content in a variety of electronic file formats. Tips and links to tools for accessing these files can be found below.
PDF files
To read PDF documents you will need to have the Adobe Acrobat reader which you can download for free from the Adobe website. If you want to access PDF documents with a screen reader please refer to the Access Adobe website which provides useful tools and resources. Adobe also has a free online conversion tool for converting PDF documents to html.
Microsoft Office files
You will need either Microsoft Office or the free Microsoft Office Online viewers installed on your computer to view, save and print Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint files.
You can download the free Microsoft Office Online converters and viewers from the Microsoft website.
Video / Audio Files
