The Social Services are no longer (if they ever were) trusted by the people. They appear to cause more harm than good and their motives for many of their actions are suspect. No child should be forcibly adopted at great cost to the public when parents and wider family are still around. Even where there are huge problems in the families concerned, no child should be considered a profitable commodity and removed against their will.

Social work shouldn't have the power very family's and children unless it is absolutely necessary for them to step in. I believe that social work have a tendency to abusE their power in many different ways and frequently do so
