17 September 2020: The Committee agreed to close the petition under Rule 15.7 of Standing Orders on the basis that the Scottish Government has reiterated its preference to legislate for a ban on the sale and use of glue traps to members of the public, once there is a suitable Bill to take this legislation forward. Written Submissions:

Help ban the cruel use of glue traps in Scotland to stop animals suffering slow and painful deaths.

We are petitioning the Scottish Parliament to urge the Scottish Government to totally ban the sale and use of glue traps and boards in Scotland. 

No justification for these.
