Calling on the Scottish Parliament to urge the Scottish Government to—
- Close or overhaul COSLA and;
- Review and re-write the remit of the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman in relation to council complaints.

Summary
16 January 2020: The Committee agreed to close the petition under Rule 15.7 of Standing Orders on the basis that the Scottish Government has no power to close or overhaul COSLA and that there is an established process in place for scrutinising the SPSO on a regular basis within the Scottish Parliament.
