Calling on the Scottish Parliament to urge the Scottish Government to support the recommendation for a moratorium on the roll-out of the fifth generation, 5G telecommunications technology until potential hazards for human health and the environment have been independently reviewed.

7 November 2019: The Committee agreed to close the petition under Rule 15.7 of Standing Orders on the basis that the Scottish Government continues to monitor developments closely with regard to 5G and public health. - With over 200 independent scientists and medical professionals from over 40 countries categorically refuting the World Health Organisation and the ICNIRP (International Commission on Non-Ionizing Radiation Protection) position that there are no detrimental health effects from radio frequency (RF) radiation, why is the roll-out of the 5G network still going ahead in Scotland?

- How can we persuade the WHO to independently review scientific studies demonstrating the potential harm to human health from RF radiation?
