Calling on the Scottish Parliament to urge the Scottish Government to immediately suspend foreign aid until the economy recovers and poverty, unemployment and hardship in Scotland is eliminated to much lower levels.

15 November 2011: The Committee agreed to close the petition under Rule 15.7 on the grounds that the issues raised in the petition had already been considered and closed in the previous session.
